The Sydney Harbour Bridge Project was managed by the Alimak Group. It covered the design, implementation, and service of two motorised gantries that spanned the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Compass Consult supported the Alimak group with Primavera P6 programme consultancy.

Snowy 2.0 is a nation-building renewable energy project that aims to provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many years to come. The project includes two dams, the Tantangara and Talbingo using 27 km of tunnels and a new power station. We helped them with Primavera P6 implementation and support for the Talbingo site.
