THE COOPER / EROMANGA BASIN
Client: Eftech-International

Project Snapshot:
The Cooper Basin covers an area of approximately 127,000 sqkm and extends across the northeast of South Australia and southwest of Queensland. The Eromanga Basin covers an area of approximately 1,000,000 sqkm and extends over South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and New South Wales.
The Cooper-Eromanga basin is Australia’s most prolific oil and gas basin and continues to yield new discoveries.
Through Beach’s Western Flank oil and natural gas operations, our Cooper Basin joint venture partnerships and other activities in the region, the basin remains a substantial part of our operations.

Sydney Harbour Bridge Project
Client: Alimak Group
Contract value: $29.4 Million
Project Snapshot:
The NSW Government through Roads and Maritime Services has signed a contract with Manntech in Australia for a vertical access solution project based on BMUs, worth MSEK 170. The BMUs will be designed and manufactured at the Manntech factory in Germany. This is the largest order ever awarded to Alimak Group.
The project covers design, manufacturing, installation and service of two large motorized high complexity gantries spanning the bridge carrying Building Maintenance Units (BMUs), to enable full access for maintenance purposes on the iconic structure.

Tronox Atlas Mine Project
Client: MAAS Civil
Contract value: $200 Million
Project Snapshot:
Tronox is planning to commence a fourth mine called Atlas-Campaspe in the Murray Basin. Atlas Campaspe is located 80 km north of Balranald and approximately 270 kms from Broken Hill. Development on the ground commenced in 2018. At this stage, initial clearing along the mine path has been completed and topsoil stripping, in accordance with the environmental plan, is proceeding. Construction at the site and rail siding is planned to commence in early 2019 with production starting in the second quarter of 2022.

Circular Quay Tower (Salesforce Tower)
Client: Schneider Electric
Contract value: $1.5 Billion
Project Snapshot:
The Salesforce Tower is a skyscraper under construction in Circular Quay, Sydney, Australia. The building will be the city’s tallest office building at a height of 263.1 metres on its scheduled completion date of mid-2022. It is part of a A$5 billion redevelopment of the Circular Quay precinct, alongside the new buildings of Quay Quarter Tower, One Circular Quay, 56 Pitt Street, Sydney, 200 George Street, the terminus of the new CBD and South East Light Rail and redevelopment of the ferry wharves. The building is being constructed by Lendlease.
Software company Salesforce acquired naming rights to the tower in late 2019 and will occupy 24 levels of the building upon its completion.

Sydney Metro City & Southwest

Contract value: $443 Million
Scope of Works:
Sydney Metro is Australia’s biggest public transport project. From the north west, metro rail is being extended under Sydney Harbour, through new underground city stations and beyond to the south west. In 2024, Sydney will have 31 metro railway stations and a 66km standalone metro railway system, revolutionizing the way Australia’s biggest city travels. All Building Monitoring and Control systems throughout the stations are being managed by Schneider.

Snowy 2.0
Client: MAAS Civil
Contract value: $21 Million
Scope of Works:
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme’s history. It is a nation-building renewable energy project that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. The project involves linking two existing dams, Tantangara and Talbingo, through 27km of tunnels and building a new underground power station.

Fill in your details in the form below and one of our consultants will contact you as soon as possible.
Before you can start using primavera software, you will need to install the software on your computer. The installation process is simple and only takes a few minutes.
Once Primavera P6 is installed, you will need to create a project file. This can be done by selecting ‘File > New Project.’
When creating a new project, you will be prompted to enter some basic information about the project, such as the name and description. You will also need to specify the start date and end date.
After you have created a project file, you can begin adding projects and tasks. To do this, simply click on the ‘Projects’ tab and then click ‘New Project.’
Enter the project name and description, and then click ‘OK.’
You can then begin adding tasks to the project. To do this, click on the ‘Tasks’ tab and then click ‘New Task.’
Enter the task name and description, and then click ‘OK.’
Repeat this process for each task that you want to add to the project.
After you have created your projects and tasks, you will need to assign resources. Resources can be anything from people to equipment. To assign a resource, simply click on the ‘Resources’ tab and then click ‘New Resource.’
Enter the resource name and type, and then click ‘OK.’
You can then click on the ‘Assignments’ tab to assign the resource to a task.
To do this, simply click on the task that you want to assign the resource to and then click ‘Assign.’
Enter the start date and end date for the assignment, and then click ‘OK.’
Once you have created your projects, tasks and assignments, you can begin monitoring progress. To do this, click on the ‘Tracking’ tab.
This will open up a new window that shows you how your project is progressing.
You can see how much work has been completed, as well as any potential problems that might be causing delays.
If you need to make changes to your project, you can do so by clicking on the ‘Edit’ tab.
From here, you can add, delete or modify projects, tasks and assignments.
You can also change the start date and end date for your project.
If you need to update your plan in real-time, you can do so by clicking on the ‘Update’ button.
This will send an email to all team members and stakeholders with the updated plan.
Once you have finished creating your project plan, you will need to save it. To do this, click on the ‘File’ menu and then click ‘Save.’
Enter a name for the file and then click ‘OK.’
If you need to share your plan with others, you can do so by clicking on the ‘Share’ button.
From here, you can enter the email addresses of the people that you want to share the plan with.
You can also specify whether they should have view-only or edit permissions.
This is a powerful project management tool that offers many features and benefits. It is easy to use and provides a user-friendly interface. With Primavera P, you can easily create detailed plans, track progress, assign resources and monitor project progress.
