Situation
VISY’s project teams already used Primavera, but the databases had become fragmented and different teams used different systems. That was holding back the manufacturing and project teams. VISY needed a connected view of its enterprise project portfolio.
Approach
We delivered Primavera P6 EPPM on cloud and connected it to the legacy ERP that VISY’s daily operations depend on.
- Move to cloud Deployed P6 EPPM on cloud for the project management team.
- Integrate Connected P6 to the legacy ERP.
- Roll out Rolled out project data to stakeholders across three regions.
Outcome
Project data moves between P6 and the ERP without re-keying. Stakeholders in every region work from the same portfolio view.
