Each DuPont research centre and manufacturing site had its own project controls team managing its own portfolio. Pulling this together at enterprise level meant late reports, manual errors and mismatched resource directories.
Approach
We expanded DuPont’s use of Primavera P6 and moved it to one cloud environment.
- Centralise Brought site portfolios into a single cloud-hosted P6 system.
- Report Set up real-time reporting and dashboards across all sites.
- Forecast Configured resource management and forecasting of project progress and funding.
Outcome
Enterprise reporting now draws on one system instead of many. DuPont sees every site in real time, manages resources more efficiently, and forecasts progress and funding requirements more accurately.
