Progress Rail’s project teams ran different local systems in each territory. Information sat in standalone applications with version mismatches and separate resource directories, making the portfolio hard to manage.
Approach
We expanded Progress Rail’s Primavera P6 capability into one cloud-based project controls system.
- Consolidate Replaced territory-level systems with one cloud P6 environment.
- Report Set up real-time reporting and dashboards across all territories.
- Forecast Configured resource management and forecasting of progress and funding.
Outcome
Every territory now works in the same system. Leadership sees the whole portfolio in real time, and resource and funding forecasts come from one source.
