Mission-critical delivery
Hyperscale campuses are built against fixed handover dates and tenant commitments. We hold the master schedule that owner, contractor and tenants all work from, for both new buildings and tenant fit-outs. We bring the same discipline to semiconductor and microprocessor plants, where tight, high-spec builds leave no slack in the schedule.
Connected portfolios
Utilities and energy owners need controls that hold up across many projects at once. We’ve embedded schedulers, cost engineers and project managers in gas and electric utility programmes. We’ve scheduled refineries and gas plants from front-end planning through to the field, and supported Primavera P6 on pumped hydro.
Complex capital works
Mine and processing projects run on contractor programmes that must stand up to claims. We set up Primavera P6 for contractors on site, keep programmes updated and prepare delay and extension of time claims when scope or access changes.
Programmes at scale
Transport, airports, public works and major buildings bring many contractors, interfaces and stakeholders together. We set up the scheduling tools, train the teams who use them, and prepare delay and extension of time claims when the programme moves.
