The client:
UON is a Western Australian integrated energy company providing turnkey solutions to the resources sector and beyond. Founded in 1998, the company has grown to a size of over 300 staff members

The project team at UON was using MS Project to manage their project schedule and were finding it very difficult when the project size increased tremendously and resource optimization became incredibly important. All PMs had disparate MSP data that was hard to combine into a portfolio, share resource assignments between projects and this siloed information was leading to too many miscommunications between stakeholders.
